"The room is clean & welcoming. 2 beds space is a little crummy. If you don't mind the size of the room. location is great. The nearby restaurants are convenient. Staff are very friendly & accommodating. Beds, pillows are comfortable & high quality. Free parking is a plus. The 24 hr coffee machine & fresh morning pastries from local bakeshop is a wonderful treat! Only complain is the bathroom exhaust is very low & not working at all. The heated outdoor pool is a nice way to end your hustling day. Overall our 2 night stay is very good. Will definitely book again."

"First and foremost, the staff was extremely friendly. Our check-in was great. The location was easy to find and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.Overall, this place was not impressive. The walls were paper thin when taking a shower if somebody below turned the water on you got an extreme hot or cold burst of water. You can tell a lot of the furniture and the carpentry work was not the best. My family left early one morning to go to Universal Studios and when we returned home later that evening, somehow our door had been unlocked the manager said he checked the video footage and could not figure out how the door unlocked. We were very lucky that none of our items were stolen, but just knowing that the door was open the entire day is enough for me to not return to this location"

"The room was very outdated. The shower water pressure was awful. The shower curtain was dirty and stained the swimming pool is out in the garage and not heated. Staff members complain to us as guest about how rundown the place was. We were told that they ran out of wash cloths and we had to use hand towels for two days. I would not recommend staying at this property. And I would never stay here again."

"I had a disappointing experience at the Coastal Burbank Hotel. The front desk reception was unhelpful and unprofessional. The room photos shown online were misleading compared to the actual room. After checking in, the room upstairs was extremely noisy from about 3 PM to 10 PM, making it difficult to rest. I also reported a lost jacket, but the staff made little effort to assist or follow up. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations. I wouldn't recommend it. Dan"
